Identification:
- Valid Photocard Driving Licence (front & back): This verifies your driving credentials and eligibility to operate the vehicle. (Class B)
- Proof of Address: Please provide one of the following documents, ensuring it matches the address on your driving licence and is dated within the last 3 months:
- Utility Bill (electricity, gas, water, telephone): Demonstrates your current residency and address details.
- Bank Statement: Confirms your address.
- Council Tax Statement: Serves as an official record of your residency and address.
- Payslip: If paper payslips are available, they are also acceptable.
Additional Requirement:
- If your current address differs from the one on your driving licence: Please provide one additional form of ID from the list above, showing your name, current address and dated within the last 3 months.
National Insurance Number:
- To conduct a mandatory DVLA licence check, we require your National Insurance number. This information remains strictly confidential.
