Required Documentation for Compliance with Insurance Policy Guidelines

In order to comply with our insurance provider’s mandates, we kindly request specific documentation from you.

Should the address stated on your driving license be current, we would require the following:

1. A duplicate of your driving license (both the front and rear sides).
2. A secondary form of identification. This could be either a utility bill, bank statement, savings account statement, mortgage statement, council tax statement, or a payslip. Please ensure the chosen document includes your name, address (which should match that on your driving license), and that it is dated within three months prior to the hire date.
3. Your National Insurance Number. Please note that we only require the number itself; there is no need for it to be present on an official document.
