Yes, the price includes comprehensive Insurance Cover, Breakdown Cover and an allowance of 250 miles per day. We offer an optional excess waiver, which costs £10 per day of hire, extra.
A Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is an additional daily charge which you can choose to pay instead of paying a deposit. The Collision Damage Waiver DOES NOT include damage to windscreens or windows, mirrors or their casings, alloy wheels or wheel trims, damage to tyres or driver negligence.

Yes, you can cancel your booking up to 48 hours before the hire date by contacting our booking team on 01227 772277. Anything 24 hours or less you will lose the cost of the hire.
Yes 250 miles per day, excess mileage charges at 15p per mile.
If you return the vehicle later than the time specified on your booking you will be charged for the additional time that you have had possession of the vehicle. The charges incurred will be at the usual daily rental rate of that vehicle and will be taken from the deposit. If you are over 30 minutes late you will be charged for a full day.

Yes. Collection and drop off times are from 8:00 am and 16:30 pm Monday – Friday. Saturday from 08:00am – 13:00 and Sunday from 10:00am – 13:00.

Yes, your licence must be provided before you hire the vehicle.
Documentation needs to be scanned and emailed to us prior to the day of hire. Your driving licence, your National Insurance number, 2 x Proofs of Address (recent utility bills or bank statements within the last 3 months with the address that is on your licence). If you have the old-style paper licence (no photocard) you must also bring another form of photographic I.D., For example, your passport.
Yes 25 – 70 years and must have been driving for at least 2 years.
All hirers must have held a full licence for at least 2 years.
Details of endorsements must always be taken. Depending on the seriousness of the endorsement and the number of the endorsements, you may be able to hire a vehicle. The initial price per vehicle covers one driver. Any additional drivers may be added onto the insurance at an extra price of £10.00 per driver per day of hire.
